**Choose one type of fast and let Pastor Warren know which fast you are doing.

**If there has to be a combination of Fasting types due to medical reasons, Etc. please determine how you are
fasting ahead of time, do not make those decisions as you are fasting as your decision will be influenced by your flesh.

Pray for Repentance, Purification, Confession
1) Reference Scriptures

c. Proverbs 28:13
d. 2 Peter 3:9
e. James 4:8
f. Psalms 32:5; 51:10-12

Pray for the city of Tampa:
1) Pray for laborers (Matthew 9:38)
2) Pray for unity (Acts 2:42-47)
3) Pray against false doctrines
4) Pray for revival
a. To let the spiritually and physically oppressed go free – Isaiah 58:6 –
b. Revival and Soul winning to identify with people that are enslaved literally or spiritually.
5) To pray to be used by God to bring people out of the kingdom of darkness.

Please document/journal what you receive (dream, word, vision, etc.) during the 7 day fast and submit.

Fasting Information:
1) Absolute fast (all day)
On this type of fast you can drink only water.

2) Partial Fast (6a-6pm)
a. one that omits foods and is on a schedule that includes limited eating.

3) Daniel’s fast
This fast is often called a partial or substitution fast. It is completed by individuals who have health
problems, eliminating impurities from their body, or improving their health. Please see the attachment
for a list of foods to eat.
