Living Waters: Time to Swim
What does it look like to truly surrender to the move of God in our lives? This message takes us on a journey through one of Ezekiel's most vivid prophetic visions, where a river flows from the threshold of the temple and grows from ankle-deep to a depth where swimming is the only option. The progression is intentional and deeply personal. Each level of depth represents a level of surrender, and each step further from the shore requires us to release a little more control. At ankle-deep, we can still see the bottom, still manage our steps, still feel the comfort of solid ground beneath us. But God is not calling us to stay comfortable. He is calling us deeper, to the place where the current carries us rather than we carry ourselves. The river's source is the presence of God, and because of that, we can trust where it flows. Wherever these living waters move, dead things come alive, fruit grows on both banks, and healing spreads even into places long considered beyond recovery. The question this message places before us is not whether the river is real or whether it is flowing. The question is how deep we are willing to go.
