Thank you for being a vendor!
Our rules are pretty simple:

1. Be respectful
2. One table will be provided as well as a tablecloth.
3. Keep your products within area and keep space neat.
4.set up and clean up before/after event.
5. Set up must be done prior to Sunday school between 9:30-10 or after altar call NO exceptions
6. No loud music.
7. No selling anything illegal.
8. It is your own responsibility to secure your table and items. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. We are not responsible for storing.
9. Vendors are responsible for payments- no funds will be funnel through church payment means
10. ALL vendors require approval. Sign up VIA NLT CW app- communication will be via email.
11. Preorders are recommended for food/dessert vendors. ‘
12. 5 vendor spots will be available each month (2 food vendors).
13. Sign up a week prior to the event no later than 2nd Sunday any sign ups after 2nd Sunday will be considered for the following month.
14. Food vendors- will need to provide own chaffing dishes and warmers
