God's Faithfulness in Our Waiting

Reading
 Isaiah 40:28-31
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Devotional
The Shunammite woman's story reminds us that God is faithful to fulfill His promises, even when they seem impossible. She had given up hope for a child, yet God provided. In our own lives, we may face seasons of waiting or disappointment. During these times, it's crucial to remember God's character and promises. He is never late, never forgetful, and always working for our good. Reflect on areas where you're waiting on God. How can you renew your trust in His timing and faithfulness? Ask God for the strength to wait with hope and expectation, knowing that He is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine
