Seeking First the Kingdom

Reading
 Matthew
6:25-34

Devotional
God has given you everything you need to live a godly life, but He asks one thing in return: seek His kingdom first. When you prioritize God's purposes over your personal agenda, He promises to provide all you need. This isn't passive waiting; it's active pursuit of righteousness, intentional alignment with kingdom values, and faithful execution of your assignment. Worry accomplishes nothing, but seeking God's kingdom positions you for His provision and blessing. Your assignment—to go, preach, teach, and serve—becomes sustainable only when rooted in this priority. Today, examine what consumes your thoughts and energy. Are you kingdom-focused, or are earthly concerns crowding out your eternal purpose?

Reflection
What needs to shift in your priorities to put God's kingdom first?
