Complete Deliverance

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Colossians 2:13-15 KJV
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

The sermon emphasized that God doesn't offer partial deliverance, but complete freedom. When Jesus delivered the man from Legion, it was a total transformation. Today's reading reminds us that through Christ, we have been rescued from the domain of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of light. Reflect on areas in your life where you might be settling for partial victory. Are there habits, thoughts, or behaviors you've accepted as "just part of who you are" that God wants to fully deliver you from? Ask God to show you where He wants to bring complete deliverance in your life.
