The Pruning Process
Reading: John 15:1-8; Hebrews 12:5-11
Devotional: God's pruning isn't punishment—it's preparation for greater fruitfulness. When the Master Gardener cuts away areas of your life, He's not taking away; He's multiplying your potential. Every branch that bears fruit, He prunes so it will bear more fruit. This process may be uncomfortable, even painful, but it's purposeful. God sees what you can become and removes anything hindering that growth. The pruning knife cuts away distractions, bad habits, toxic relationships, and self-reliance so you can produce exponentially more fruit. Don't resist His shears. Trust that the Gardener knows exactly what needs to go and what needs to stay for maximum harvest.
