Demolition and Renewal
Reading: Romans 12:1-2; 2 Corinthians 5:17
Devotional: Transformation requires demolition. Before God can build what He envisions, some things must come down completely. This isn't about tidying up or hiding issues in the closet—it's about allowing God to demolish whatever doesn't belong in His temple. The old patterns, the buried idols, the things you've held onto from your past—they must go. Paul urges us to present our bodies as living sacrifices, which means daily surrender, not a one-time event. Don't be conformed to this world's blueprint; be transformed by renewing your mind. God isn't interested in renovating your old life; He's making all things new. Surrender isn't loss—it's the pathway to becoming who you were truly created to be.

Reflection Questions:
- What needs to be demolished in my life that I've been trying to merely manage?
- Am I willing to let God's will replace my own plans?
