Standing Firm in Grace

Reading: 2 Timothy 2:19; Ephesians 2:8-9

Devotional: Grace isn't a place you visit on Sunday mornings—it's the ground you stand on every day. Paul reminds us that we have access by faith into this grace "wherein we stand." Your security doesn't shift when your circumstances change or your feelings fluctuate. The foundation of God stands sure. You're not stumbling into grace hoping to hold on; you're firmly planted in it. Like Peter walking on water, even when you begin to sink, Jesus reaches out and catches you. Your grip may fail, but God's grip on you never does.

Reflection: Are you visiting grace or standing in it? What situations cause you to doubt your position in Christ?

Application: Identify one circumstance where you feel insecure. Declare aloud: "I stand in God's grace, and nothing can move me from this position."
