Demolition Must Happen
Reading: Romans 12:1-2; 2 Corinthians 5:17
Devotional: Transformation requires demolition. God didn't purchase you to leave you unchanged, but to completely renovate you from the inside out. Just as a condemned building must be torn down before something beautiful can be built, the old patterns, habits, and mindsets must go. This isn't about surface-level adjustments—it's about allowing God to tear down the termite-infested walls of sin, the decaying structures of worldly thinking, and the faulty foundations of self-reliance. Demolition can be painful and uncomfortable, but it's absolutely necessary.
What areas of your life have you been protecting from God's wrecking ball? What old identities, toxic relationships, or destructive habits are you clinging to? Today, surrender to the demolition process. Trust that what God tears down, He replaces with something far better.
