From Repentance to Victory

Reading: 1 John 1:5-10; 2 Timothy 2:1-7

Devotional: True repentance disarms the enemy. When you acknowledge your sin and surrender to God, you remove Satan's ammunition—the accusations he uses to keep you bound. The accuser of the brethren wants you paralyzed by guilt, sitting silently in church, convinced you're disqualified. But God calls you to repent and run toward Him, not away. Repentance isn't just confession; it's transformation. It's changing your filters, your associations, your habits. You cannot win this battle through osmosis—standing still changes nothing. Endure hardship like a good soldier. Lay aside every weight and sin. Today is the day to stop waving the white flag and start fighting. God has already given you everything you need for victory. The only question remaining is: will you engage?

Reflection: What specific action is God calling you to take today to walk in victory? What weight or sin do you need to lay aside right now?
